After self-monitoring and feedback became near-default components of digital physical-activity interventions, what determines whether those mechanisms remain behaviorally salient long enough to support maintenance?

The canonical working table now contains **15 rows**. PA001–PA010 were backfilled only into the five new v0.2 structural fields; their frozen v0.1 source rows remain unchanged.

## Version boundary

v0.2 is an additive working layer. No PA001–PA010 content is silently rewritten here.

Any future v0.2 release should explicitly reconcile:
1. the frozen v0.1 rows;
2. the five new schema fields;
3. any author/expert corrections accumulated after v0.1 publication.
