Bridging the Gap Between
Viral Content & Vital Health

I am a Digital Health Researcher & Principal Investigator transitioning from industry to academia. I operate the SISFIT Living Lab, exploring how "Scaffolded Learning" within platform ecologies drives sustained behavior change.

The Research Infrastructure

Unlike traditional studies relying on recruitment, my research operates within an existing, self-sustaining digital ecosystem.

The "Scholar-Practitioner" Approach

My background bridges Educational Psychology and Digital Media.

As the founder of SISFIT, I hit a "Practitioner's Ceiling": I knew what content got views, but I lacked the rigorous evidence to prove why certain designs drove healthy behaviors while others caused anxiety.

My methodology combines Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Randomised Encouragement Trials (RET) to reverse-engineer the "Engagement vs. Health" paradox.
